We're just home from SB2K11 and we had a great time exploring new ports and a new ship. This was the first time I'd sailed on the Mexican Riviera since I was pregnant with Shelley. Lots of things have changed in 27 years! The weather was a bit cooler than we would have liked, but we had a great time anyway.
Our favorite part of the trip was Tuesday in Cabo San Lucas. We used our VIP tender tickets and tendered to the marina about 8:30am. We hired a small boat owner to shuttle us over to Medano Beach. We found the Me Resort just a few steps from the area that the shuttle boat drops us off and spent the day using the Resorts pool/bar! Beautiful and tranquil place with a killer happy hour.... with Mexican sun, Mexican beer and tranquil music.
