Summer has begun. The wedding of the century is behind us and all is right with the world.
Emily is back in LBB for Summer II and making goals for her life after college. So many options....she's so fortunate. Her abbreviated battle with cancer in the Spring has had a profound effect on her life. Funny how sometimes terror yields strength!
Shelley and Stephen are settling into married life. Shelley's working part time for Michele this summer and Steve's getting acclimated to a new job at work. Their latest addition to the family, Bella, is keeping them on their toes. Life is so good for them..I wish they could understand that!
Dennis is chasing his tail at work from sun up to sun down. He's doubled last years production and not hired any extra help! He's back at marathon training again, certain to do better this coming year than last.
We've got Stephanie's wedding this weekend and then hopefully a weekend on a houseboat at Lake Travis the next. The rest of the summer will be spent at the lake on weekends. I don't think Stephanie understands how proud we are of her. Crying shame I didn't give birth to her, too!
I'm pretty okay right now. With the wedding behind me I can focus on getting back to me and Dennis. Still battling the same horrific nighttime back ache I've had for over a year. Maybe next month I'll go see another round of doctors for more opinions!
Anybody need a condo in San Marcos? I got one for sale?
