Cool pictures!

I love this picture. It was taken, obviously, at Shelley's wedding. In the mirror's reflection are her bridesmaids.

I still replay this day over and over in my mind. It was a perfect day. It was even better than I had dreamed and was the best party I have ever been too.

I think perhaps the years of planning may have paid off. I think that the frame of mind of the bride that day, set the tone for everyone. She was calm and relaxed and gracious!

We've talked over the past 6 weeks about what we would have done better..other than control the sudden afternoon shower that moved the wedding inside...I can't think of anything.




This is another favorite picture. The couple on the right is my parents. The other two couples are my aunts/uncles. I hope when I am 78 that I'm still standing next to my sisters and their husbands at fun family events!





Okay, so back to packing for this weekend's adventure. This houseboat will be home for the weekend on Lake Travis! Nine of us are living on it and a bunch of others are joining us Saturday! This is our delayed 25th wedding anniversary gift! I hope it's fun. Next time I hope we try this in St. Thomas!
