Just off of a great weekend at the lake to celebrate Memorial Day and the official start of summer!
Emily is back at TTU for the Summer I semester. She's taking "Form and Analysis". Not exactly sure what that is, other than a big Music course she's required to take. She has a busy summer ahead. She'll be home for the Mayer Reunion and also in Vegas for her cousin's wedding.
Shelley and Steve are beginning their second year of marriage. Celebrating the occassion with a new puppy, Radar. He's a brown and white Corgi!
Dennis is planning several home improvement projects at the lake house. He's been doing some electrical work and a few upgrades on the ski boat, too. Work is a tad slow right now...so as usual that gives him an additional worry.
I'm anxious for the Mayer Reunion. It's held annually in Moulton, but we've turned it into a weekend event, by staying at a cute Bed and Breakfast in Shiner! Very relaxing and it allows all the cousins to re-connect. This year, my mother-in-law's decendants are incharge of the food, etc. I'm working with a caterer and buying paper goods for the meal. Later on in June, we're going to Vegas for Dennis' nephew's wedding.
Just celebrated my 26th anniversary. Not sure celebrated is the word..I think we were in bed by 10pm that night!
Things are going well for us....whew!

Good update! You're anniversary sounds like it was just as exciting as ours! Thanks for looking after Radar this week. Also, thanks for the awesome lawn furniture. We'll get it all assembled on of these days!
